The Santa Cruz Experience — Attraction in Scotts Valley

Awesome experience with Santa Cruz Shuttles......I have enjoyed travelling with Santa Cruz from the San Jose Airport to Boulder Creek CA on several occasions in the past year. Without exception, I have had the pleasure of riding with amazing drivers - they are so professional, on time and flexible in caring for their customers. Johnny V was the driver for my most recent trip from HeartMath to San Jose Airport. So well read, a great listener and conversationalist, he has an easy going manner combined with a high degree of professionalism. He was early to pick us up and had offered bottled water to quench our thirst. He knew the route and drove with courtesy and care. He even pulled over to let other faster vehicles pass us so we could travel the speed limit. The Bear Creek Road is very twisty and windy and he navigated it easily ensuring our safety and comfort. We used the Santa Cruz Experience for our wedding day transportation, and it was super easy. After getting some info via email, I decided to book their shuttle service. I liked that their package was a flat rate, included all the fees, and we could divide up the hours how we needed to best fit the wedding party needs. I signed the contract and paid the fee. After that there wasn't really any communication, but there wasn't any needed so that wasn't a downside. They were always responsive to any questions I had. On the day of, the van showed up as agreed and everything went very smoothly. The times I needed a ride, the van was right there, ready to go. Unfortunately, I was so focused on all the other wedding logistics that I forgot to ask our driver's name, because he was awesome! He was super sweet and helpful. We were very happy with the service from start to finish and would recommend it for anyone needed a wedding day...

All but 3 wineries in the county were closed on Tuesday..something your clients should be aware of before booking..also - not made clear on your website that all our tastings were not included in the price of the tour?? Needs to be in capital letters..LOL..our driver, Matt was wonderful and a real credit to your business..poor guy felt so badly that only 3 wineries available to visit..and had to deal with the confusion over the tasting fees..None should have presented a probelm for him and he tried is best to accommodate us..But..all that being said..Mat tmade the day very very enjoyable..Had lots of info and interesting facts..as we are locals..also had lots of stories to share about several folks we both knew..just a very interesting person and, like I said..he made the day a fun and memorable...
