I cannot praise Anna and the Faust crew enough.

I first came to them during a very hard time in my life. My Grandfather had passed away under difficult circumstances. I had been growing my hair out for him. It was well past my waist at that point. With his passing I was going to cut it all off and return to my pixie cut. I have had this dramatic of a cut before though every time I have gone into other places for the cut I had been met with questioning, skepticism, and even denied. Because it was such an emotional time for me and I did not have the emotional capacity to experience the same again a friend of mine offered to find me a place and book the appointment for me. After much researching and repeatedly finding Faust to be loving and attentive he called. Anna was so generous with her time, reassuring my friend that she and her staff would take good care of me. When I arrived I was teary eyed not because of fear or uncertainty about the hair cut but because of the emotions associated with my Grandfather's passing. They understood that and greeted me with so much love. The kindness I was show was exactly what I needed. And that kindness has been present every 5 weeks of the last two years. A very bumpy two years but they meet me with love and warmth no matter how I show up.

I not only return for the love and support I feel when coming in but also for the haircut! I have found that many people struggle with sculpting a proper pixie cut. Emily is a true artist at it. I am SO glad I found both a highly skilled and incredibly welcoming and caring salon.

Because of my positive experience and his with making the initial appointment my autistic and physically disabled friend, whose hair I would cut, felt comfortable and safe enough going to Faust to get his hair cut. Their kindness and humanity are unmatched. He felt so safe, understood, and cared for.

And that’s just the hair cuts! That is not to mention the glorious facials I have had. Myriah brings the best energy and has created such a calm space. As with the haircuts, I leave there after a facial feeling and looking my best.

I cannot express how grateful I am with the incredible service I received at Faust Salon for my rehearsal dinner and wedding day! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure I looked and felt my absolute best.

The consultation was seamless; Anna is incredibly thoughtful and kind. They took the time to understand my skin concerns and vision. I got a blowout for the rehearsal dinner the day before my wedding. Kat made my hair look so shiny and smooth!

My 4 bridesmaids and I got ready at the salon the day of my wedding. Anna and her team were so warm and welcoming, which helped make the morning seamless. Anna did a phenomenal job on making my skin look flawless, when it's usually red and irritated. My makeup felt and looked amazing, not too heavy and not overly dramatic, but with enough oomph. Everyone loved the lashes she did for them! My makeup and hair lasted all day and through the night.

Kat created exactly what I envisioned with my bridal hairstyle. We did a couple of different things, which was nice to see if I liked it or not and not left wondering if I should have done this or that. She was so adaptive and understanding with the changes that I asked her to make. She created exactly what I wanted - romantic loose, half updo. A lot of people said it was their favorite bridal hair they've ever seen!

1000+++ BLISS, absolute BLISS! Myriah McKenzie gave me a heavenly facial today, and I feel like I am glowing! One friend I saw hours after the session even said I look like a movie star. She almost immediately noticed the relaxed energy and glow of my face. How do I attempt to describe the experience?

Myriah's energy when you meet her is so kind, sweet, and genuine... Her hands move with such skill and compassion... Her movements like waves quietly in the ocean... Her facial takes you to another place. The ambiance of music and lovely smells, the combination of light massage from head to hands, and oh the face...yes the face! She also used a red light therapy to promote collagen and more. All of it over the top fabulous! Every detail was precise, and with precision.

I really really appreciate that the salon does not smell like a traditional salon. I loved the scents and quality of the natural products they use here, and they have delicious tea!

All of the staff and owner are an absolute delight, and I look forward to experiencing more services here and adding updates! Especially since they recently remodeled and will be adding more ambiance soon.

Update: I returned and got a wash & dry and haircut from Cat, and she did a fantastic job! She really listened to my request and was conservative on cutting to ensure I was happy. I am very pleased with her professionalism, talent, and...
