Historic Guard House of Ft. Lawton — Attraction in Seattle

Used to live in military housing here which has been turned into park land. It's a great place to walk a dog, with countless different paths to take. Walk down to the beach and see the lighthouse, take in the view from the bluff, and enjoy what has been preserved from our military history. Quaint old fort where old buildings are preserved and can be seen from the outside. It's now a park, and the former officer houses are private homes. No museum...

It’s nothing to see. We were there because we took a nice walk in the area, but certainly do not go out of your way...
