Clark Farms — Attraction in Sequim

We purchased a small beef share and couldn’t be happier about it! We used the stir fry meat first and it marinated so well and was very tasty... even in reheated leftovers. Then we used the ground beef which was very lean and flavorful. We didn’t even need to drain it as we normally would for other ground beef (we normally get 80/20) Then we had the T Bone steaks. I was surprised at the beautiful marbling. I grilled them with just garlic salt, pepper and a dash of sweet paprika and they were perfection. No sauce or marinade needed.
