In January, our computer died and they diagnosed that the motherboard was gone. We purchased a new Dell from them which took about 2 weeks to come in. They transferred everything from the old computer to the new one and everything works great. Very easy company to work with.
Our computer crashed and we brought it to this store to make sure it could not be fixed. They quickly analyzed the computer and said it would be cheaper to buy a new computer. We immediately went to another store to buy the computer. (The front office staff never said they sold them there or we would have bought it there). We brought back the old and new computers to Total Computer Solutions to move the data from old to the new computer. We did all this on a Friday and we had the new computer back by Tuesday, so we were very pleased with the speed. All the data was moved over. We then realized we did not have Microsoft Office. Our previous Office was from 2009 and quite old, so we bought the product from Total Computer Solutions. They installed the software remotely so we didn't have to bring the computer back in. I recently used their services to have my laptop fixed. At first, they said it will only take them 3-4 days to fix my computer but they kept my computer for 3 weeks and kept telling me stories like they cannot get the correct part or they got the wrong part and had to return it. So, I took it back after three weeks but I had to take it back because I did not have the time to fix it myself. This time they charged me $145 . to fix the part but it still took them 2 weeks to finally call me and say my computer is fixed. I picked it up paid the balance and brought it back and never checked it thinking they would have done a good job. but after a couple hours I went to use my computer and found a big crack on the back of the screen. So i took it back, but they denied the fact that it got broken during the repair and said. It had to have been broken already and they had nothing to do with it. I would never use them again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....

From the point when I came in through the front door with my computer, the ladies at the desk not only made me feel welcome, they seem genuinely pleased to document the problems I was having with my computer. They told me that they would have a technician come and speak with me in just a few minutes.
The technician ("Will") came out in a few minutes, and listened very patiently to the problems I was having. Will said that he would inspect my computer and call me within a day or two with the results. About a day and a half later, Will called and told me that a critical part had overheated and was no longer functional. He told me that the part could not be replaced because the computer was so old.
