I recently used their services to have my laptop fixed. At first, they said it will only take them 3-4 days to fix my computer but they kept my computer for 3 weeks and kept telling me stories like they cannot get the correct part or they got the wrong part and had to return it. So, I took it back after three weeks but I had to take it back because I did not have the time to fix it myself....

My interaction with TCS to have my computer was an excellent experience. From the point when I came in through the front door with my computer, the ladies at the desk not only made me feel welcome, they seem genuinely pleased to document the problems I was having with my computer. They told me that they would have a technician come and speak with me in just a few minutes.
