Morgan's Grove Park — Attraction in Shepherdstown

I have always loved this park but when I took my neice and nephew there to play today there was a man with no shirt and no shoes using the playground to do weird acrobatics. He did not have kids with him and when we kindly asked him to move along so the kids could play he declined. He also had a Bluetooth speaker playing his music outloud. I should have called the non emergency police line, but we just ended up leaving instead. It was really unfortunate because normally we love that park. It's good size park with a .87 mile trail loop on the perimeter. There is play equipment on one side of the park and few bars on another side of the park. There are bathrooms and there are a few areas you can go off the primary path to see a different area. It's 25 acres in total. There is one pavilion beside the bathrooms. It's a pleasant place to exercise or have a picnic or to let the kids play. They removed all the trash cans as part of some trash-less prerogative except for the bathroom receptacles. I have removed 2 stars from previous review. This was a nice little park where I was happy to take my family. They have picnic tables and seating around the play area. Some genius thought it would be a great idea to remove trash cans and hope that people would take it with them when they leave. Needless to say that is not the case. When we arrived, there was trash all over the ground and on the benches around the play area. I will not be taking my family back to this park due to it...
