The Stone House Farm is more stunning in person than in pictures. My daughter always wanted to live in the house that comes with the venue for the weekend. We told her we could not buy the house, but she could certainly get married there. We cannot say enough about the hospitality we were given by all members of the staff, and especially Chris, the general manger. Chris thought of scenarios for our reception floorplan-wise that we had not even thought of. He took charge when we asked him to help facilitate the dress rehearsal. We had a back up plan in case of inclement weather. The stone ramp coming from the back of the barn to the wedding site my daughter chose was absolutely gorgeous. It was a grand entrance to say the least to her ceremonial site. A dream entrance for a bride. To be able to stay the entire weekend in the house made everything much easier as well. My daughter had a bridal party of 7 and there was plenty of room. We were able to get hair and makeup done at the house that came with the venue, which is such a relief to know everybody is there getting ready for the big day at the same time and so much fun. We were able to have breakfast available for everyone the day of the ceremony. They have thought of so many things to help make the day special for everyone involved. They have thought of privacy for the bride and her bridal party. They have thought of the groom and his groomsmen. They put so much thought into the special day of things I had not even considered. And so much fun to be able to arrive to the ceremonial site in a wagon pulled by a tractor to include the grandparents, bridal party and groomsmen. And then after the ceremony to be able to take a wagon ride on the property for more photographs by ponds, fall foliage for us, and wildlife. Chris even brought out chairs to the photograph site for the grandparents who were waiting for family group photographs. He was always attending to little things he noticed that were big things to us. The silo photo booth was a hit as well. They had all the props necessary for photos and an easy method of retrieval to get the photos to us. This was great because our daughter and son-in-law (son) will have these crazy photos of everyone to put in their scrapbook. If you want an organized, stress free wedding, choose The Stone House Farm. Everyone that attended the wedding could not say enough great things about this venue not only in its beauty itself, but in the service of thoughtfulness given by all personnel.

Where do you begin with something so amazing? I stumbled across this gorgeous venue when looking for my wedding and had no clue it would be the beginning to such a spectacular experience. The staff at Stone House Farm is astounding from the moment you make contact with them. Chris makes you feel at home instantly. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail came out just how I pictured it. The barn and property are enough to take your breath away, but you come away from your special day with a whole new family from Stone House. As for services you get access to the barn and house all weekend. This means you are not rushed through any part of the process. You can set up, enjoy the property, and even relax a bit before your big day. Then on Sunday you have time to take care of everything instead of having to do so the same night or on a strict time crunch. The food prep area, photo booth silo, grand entrance, large parking lot... the list goes on and on... they are all exceptional. It just makes one less thing you need to worry about. We even set up a party tent by the house to host our rehearsal dinner. Having our friends and family together and in one place for the entire weekend to celebrate made the weekend one to remember, not just the actual wedding day. I would highly recommend using Stone House Farm for any event, especially a day as special as your wedding!

As a wedding photographer, I work with a lot of venues—and Julia at Stone House was truly one of the best. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, communicative, and on top of every detail. She prepped ahead of time, made sure everyone (vendors and clients alike) had what they needed, and created such a smooth experience for all involved. She gave me a tour as soon as I arrived on property since I'd not worked there before, and gave me the layout on how things would flow through the day which I appreciated! What really stood out was how much she cared—not just about the vendor team working on property, and the coordination of things "behind the scenes" but the couple too! She was all hands in helping with my clients small child during portraits, and helped with the flow – my bride felt supported and set up for success which I appreciated since most times it falls solely on me, when my priority should be being a photographer and allowing for moments to unfold and capturing them. That kind of thoughtful coordination makes a huge difference on how a wedding day flows, and it was a joy to work alongside her. Highly recommend Stone House, and specifically Julia, to any couple looking for a Venue/Venue Coordinator who’s friendly, prepared, and truly has your back.

Looking for a special wedding location, you just found it!!

OMG! It took us a while to get beyond the magnificent of this place! The word gorgeous doesn’t do it justice! My son just had his wedding there May 18, 2019. They couldn’t have chosen a better location for their vows. The bride to be arrived in a carriage being drawn by two beautiful white horses. The outside chapel area was on grass you only wish your lawn looked like. After the ceremony, everyone went to the barn (?) Actually it was converted into a hall. It too was beautiful and immaculate! Those having their wedding here are also given use of the farmhouse. Once again, you only wish your house was this beautiful. Everything is barrier free design so anyone with a handicap of any sort will be accommodated. Parking is unlimited and well lit. Everywhere you go, there is someone that is willing to help you. Now all of this is run by my newly made friend, a gentleman by the name of Chris. What a great guy ! My wife and I couldn’t get over how well organized he made everything. I can truly say and without prejudice, never have I had more fun at any we have ever attended. My only disappointment is that there are only 5 stars to pick because this my friends, is a ten star venue! If you opt for another location, you’re starting off in error. My thanks to you Chris and your staff for making it a day we will always remember ! God bless.
