A couple of months ago, I had a failed limit switch on my furnace, went to my local dealer and they only had 1 (my furnace has 2), sold it to me for $35. I called around and got ahold of Anthony at Accurate hvac and he had one on his truck. I drove over there and he gave me the sensor for free. I was really impressed with this move. I talked to him for several minutes about the furnace and I knew more was going on but my wife and I wanted to hold off until spring where we planned on doing the A/C, furnace, and hot water heater (they are all 23 years old and need to be replaced). A month and 1/2 goes by and the furnace is now growling because there is a crack in the heat exchanger and it is not pulling the flames 100% into the furnace but I could still make it work. Called Accurate out to look at it and we all agreed, it was time for replacement and I needed an estimate, no need trying to sink money into it, if we could even get the parts. We discussed our other issues (heat has never been at the other end of the house). We needed to add cold air returns and some ductwork under the house (in a crawl space). Anthony seemed to be a straight forward guy that truly cares and wants to help people with their hvac needs. He also has photos of past jobs and the work looked spot on perfect. He was looking things over when I got home from work and he wanted to meet my dog and he is a Rottweiler. I believe that he is a very good judge of character and it was not even 10 seconds and he was trying to climb on Anthony and kiss him to accept him into our pack. This action just confirmed what I already thought. Then he proceeds to give us the quote and offered us a couple of electric heaters to use in case the furnace goes out (even if we decided to go with a different installer which were his words) and then does not charge me for a service call because he did not fix anything. I was shocked by the generosity but I still wanted to discuss it with my wife in private. We called him the next day and ordered it. He stopped over the next night to get credit card information and he dropped off 2 electric heaters and did they come in use. Friday December 23rd it is -16 degree windchill and the furnace totally goes out, The computer board is totally shot and nothing is even trying to start. Install is set for Monday January 2nd so we have to tough it out for a week. The crew showed up and got right to work. They were all very professional and easy to get along with. I felt sorry for Tom as he had to answer all of my questions but he definitely knows what he is doing. All of the guys were great and conducted themselves very well. They got done and the workmanship is perfect and I could not be happier. Everything has a 10 year warranty but somebody has to look it over every year for the warranty to be good. I totally understand this and I am good with it. We signed up with Accurate for the yearly services. This group of people really care about doing a great job for you. It is a small business (not a corporation) that is located in a small town with small town values and excellent service. Being over 50 now and dealing with people in service, I am not real keen on the idea of having people over. I trust this company and they will continue to get my business. I cannot say enough about all of them!!!! Give them a try and you will be writing a review just like mine. Update on 2-12-24. A little over a year later and everything is going great. Our new hot water heater stopped working and the fault code said “exhaust blockage” (1-20-24). Lindsay was out on 1-8-24 to perform the HVAC clean and check. Everything was in perfect working order. Accurate sent Alex out to look at it and there was ice build-up in our vent. He had to climb on our roof which was ice covered and get the blockage out. Alex was great and got us back up and running. Anthony and Lindsay met with our family to review the system options/pricing and helped us to choose a heating and cooling system that worked for our home and budget. Their light hearted attitude was a bonus. As soon as we decided to move forward we called Accurate and they set us up another appointment with Anthony to go over our chosen system and finalize our decision with measurements and even improved some of our duct work! He got us right on the schedule for install a few weeks later. The office girls Heather, Maddie and Justice were so helpful in getting us financed for the equipment and ready for install. Anthony, Lindsay, Kadin, Alex and Will did a phenomenal job with the install and educating us on our new equipment. They answered all my crazy questions and helped us to feel comfortable with our decision. We also received a manufactures limited warranty 10 years parts and labor, and a 20 year workmanship warranty. Accurate HVAC took care of the all the headache of registering the products and did everything for us and sent us the info immediately! Read moreAn amazing company. Anthony and his employees are very pleasant to talk to, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is in top working order. I used Accurate for a central A/C install and they were in and out relatively quick. The install was very tidy and clean. I then moved to another city a few years ago into another house without A/C. Accurate A/C was the first and only company I called to have it installed. Again the install was perfect. Yesterday the blower in my furnace quick working and my A-coil froze over. I called Accurate to let them know my situation and asked how soon they could get here. I was told they were very busy but there is a person on call and there was a gap in sunday's schedule. I then received a call a Saturday morning and got the good news of a tech finishing a job in my area and they would be able to be here between 10 am - 12 pm. Kadin was here just after 10 and thoroughly checked and tested everything and had me back up and running in no time. He never pressured me into buying or doing anything extra but I did have Kadin do furnace clean and now it looks brand new. Kadin really took pride in his job and answered all questions and concerns. The reason that I needed service on my furnace & A/C within a couple years of install was completely my fault.
