Upper proxy is beautiful! It's smaller than lower Proxy but it makes a big impact. There is a pool at the bottom and the water leaves the pool in an unseen route. There is a small trail on the right of the falls but it's rather steep. You can climb to the top but you'll need some time and considerable effort to do so. It was less busy than lower. The trail is designated "One Way". You can enter the "Exit" ( about 100 yards to the left, when facing the big sign) and get to the upper falls in about a quarter mile, instead of walking about a mile and a half if you enter at the "Entrance". Well worth the sometimes rocky hike regardless of which path you take! $5 for a County...
