If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would gladly give them. We requested estimates for replacing our windows, with a goal of improving the energy efficiency of our home. It was hard to get anyone to come out. When they did there were typically long waits involved. We called True Windows and Doors and Austin came out two days later. He examined our windows and told us that most didn't need replacing. Instead of selling us 20 new windows, he sold us replacement glass for the failed windows. The estimate was a small fraction of our best window estimate. The glass arrived much more quickly than the estimated arrival of full windows. It isn't often that someone who has the opportunity of selling you something you don't need doesn't take advantage of the opportunity. We were shopping around to find the best window installer for our project, we tried DaBella, Washington Energy, and renewal by Anderson. We were almost ready to make a choice, when a friend from church recommended True Windows and Doors after sharing their positive experience. We then invited Austin over for a quote, and were impressed with his straight forward, no gimmick manner; that and our friend's recommendation made the difference so we gave True Windows and Doors the job. Austin was professional, excellently priced and very thorough. He managed to get all windows and our slider properly installed in 2 days. He seemed to take no breaks on both days, so was very hard working. We had such a great experience with True Windows and Door company. We had them replace our windows along with some screens. The owner is very personable and professional. Not only did he do an amazing job with the windows and screens in a efficient time, he made it a safe environment while he was at our house. It can be scary having a stranger you don’t know come into your house while your there with your children, but right from the beginning he made us feel safe and shared that he also has kids so he knows what it’s like. We also have a 70 lb crazy husky howling at him, and he shared with us he also has dogs and was able to pet our dog until he calmed down.
