WARNING! ⚠️ Please be mindful of the basketball court and the grass surrounding it. There was a smashed glass liquor bottle when I visited with my kids last week. I returned with a broom today, just in case. Glass was scattered everywhere and I cleaned it up the best I could. There could possibly still be small fragments. So be careful.
This park is peaceful, has plenty of parking, shaded by a canopy of pine trees. A small playground equipment that ages 3-8 can easily enjoy together and swingsets. There are restrooms on site, and there decently maintained. There is also a path to walk down to the lake.

Large chunky plastic slides and climbing playground unit good for older toddlers and young kids. 2 baby swings and four regular swings on the swing set.
We have been twice and not many kids either time. Instead teens in their cars, adults walking their dogs, and the occasional construction worker napping in their truck.
The park looks slightly run down, which is a shame because it's actually quite nice if somewhat dated.

It’s not super huge but the equipment is sturdy and clean. There is a swing set as well as one of those things that your little ones can hold on to and glide down (I have no idea of the proper name!)
Parking is fine and super close to the playground, although maybe it gets more packed during the warmer months?
There are public restrooms and lots of ground space to run around.
You can also walk down the hill to blackmans lake, which my kids and I really enjoy.
