We came for a day hike and I wish I stayed instead. It would be an awesome area to camp for a night or two and mix in rock climbing. We only did the Bear gulch trail and returned. The cave is pretty cool and the trail is nothing difficult, once you’re in the caves there is some ducking/crawling but only a little bit. If the upper parking area is full you’ll have to park at h the e lower adding onto your overall distance so try to get there early. Lastly, for the video, we entered Th rough the East entrance.

This is the most underrated national park ever. It was beautiful to see the landscape in all its glory. We went around the entire park (East) and was in awe of rock formations, reservoir and the cave. Everywhere you turned there was beautiful nature to see. The hike itself is a little tough going up and down steep hills but the views are worth it! I highly recommend two things: PLENTY of water and hydrating vegetables like cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and carrots to snack on- you’ll need the energy.

Very very hot but worth the effort. The Bear Gulch Trail was amazing. This place gets overshadowed by other national parks in the state, but it’s definitely worth your time.

This park is severely underrated. Whoever designed the trails for this one did a fantastic job. My favorite trail is the one leading to the water reserve from the nearest...
