Fun Moments Party Rental — Attraction in South Gate

Rented a helium tank from this place after telling them and explaining myself how many balloons and size I needed to inflate they tell me that it’s good for up to 50 balloons. So, I trust them rented it and on the day of event I was only able to inflate 20 balloons. I texted the number letting them know what happened, the person ask for pictures I send them and replies with “ I inflated Mylar balloons and inflated my latex more then the usual. I don’t reply.., but I’m thinking if your telling me I’m renting a helium tank that supposed to inflate up to 50 balloons isn’t enough to inflate any type of balloon cause I have enough helium!? This was my first time renting at this place and reason being most of party supplies are closed due to covid19 and of course some vendors will take advantage. EXPIRED CANDY!! Horrible customer service, overpriced and sell expired products!!! Bought a bag of assorted Mexican candies the ones that come in clear bags and have a big variety. Bag was expensive by the way When I was filling up my piñata I noticed some palette looked weird so I started to check expiration dates on the candies and they were EXPIRED. So I went back to get a refund because I don’t trust getting anything else there. The lady there was rude, didn’t apologize and asked if the candies tasted bad like are for tea you want me to try on expired candies. She didn’t want to give me a reimbursement. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you reside in Southern California; the 85-mile drive was certainly worthwhile. I recently hosted a sizable children's party, and the cost was approximately $100 for 25 children. This included two 5-pound bags of candy, a piñata with its hanging rope and decorated stick, 25 tiaras, ten tablecloths, cake plates, and candy bags.
