Love this place! We went on a Friday and there was almost no one there. It didn't feel busy until almost 1pm. There are picnic tables and 6 bathrooms spread almost a mile of beach. The pine trees behind the beach provide some shade. Almost all the beach has super close parking. The beach is sandy and so is the water. The wind blows from behind the beach so byour not being bombarded by wind the entire day. I've been to King's Beach and Sand harbor beach and I feel like this is my favorite. Read moreThis is the trail near the entrance to Pop Beach. The entrance to Pop Beach was tightly closed because it snowed so much. All the beaches in this area were blocked, so I couldn't leave because I couldn't go in and see the pretty beach. In the meantime, I saw a trail that was neatly maintained, so I walked for a while.
