Laser Landing — Attraction in South Londonderry Township

Had a birthday party for my son there. I was charged an extra $18 for a sibling that was brought along who did NOT play laser tag. We were told it was because she ate.. But... We also purchased several extra pizzas!! So adults ate too! Why were THEY not charged like she was?? Also, our party "host" was nowhere to be found.. He walked kids back to laser tag twice, but nothing else.. Didn't help serve cake or pizza, or help clean, or ANYTHING. Did absolutely nothing. I had to run around the place to find him to get cake utensils and plates.. But "gratuity is expected"... I paid everything and went On my way with the intentions of not making ANY sort of scene and just emailing owner later.. I'm yet to hear back.. There are MANY better places for a birthday party for the money, and laser tag for sure.. Beware...

So according to laser factory, NONE of this happened lol.. We paid EXTRA for a wristband to the McDonald's play house thing.. But apparently that was taken into account when charging AGAIN as a member of the party.. Also, 10 tokens were used... So fair enough... Everything about our host is 100% true. Everything I wrote is true. Go if you wish. This is not meant to trash the laser factory as a fun place. The kids loved the laser tag and had smiles on their face the whole time.. Employees were more than polite, one was hard to get a hold of etc... But when he was around he was very polite.

So give them a chance. This was just one experience. They have the potential to do much better and I'm sure they do in most cases. Look at ALL reviews, not just one, before making a decision to where you want to spend hundreds for a...

No ice in the machine , stuff on the tables, tape on the walls, stuff on the floor. One of my guest stepped on candy before walking in the room. kids kept coming up to me to cash their tickets in and couldn’t find an employee. 3 people working and no one on floor. Not worth the money.

I did not demand compensation. You didn’t talk to me. Your manager after the initial conversation, in front of a group of guest stated pay or get out, never did I say I wasn’t going to pay. If you’re paying over 500 for services you expect the service. You’re dwelling on one topic not mentioned in the initial review. My reaction wasn’t totally correct I didn’t threaten anyone! During the initial discussion I did say how displeased I was with the state of the room. In fact, had your “manager” pulled me to the side when approaching the situation the second time, it would have been the end of it, instead he decided to be disrespectful with tone in front of a group. After everything though please note that there was no ice in the machine before my guest said something, the inflatable wasn’t up every with the add on of the playground, at one point there were no employee on the floor to deal with customers, soda and a lollipop in front of the entrance of the room. I wouldn’t give them a star at all. The bathrooms are very dirty.The ice machine was out of ice the entie 3 hours me and my grandkids were there. Its hard to get anyones attention to help at the prize counter.Anytime you ask for help with any issues the management and staff are just rude . They are over priced especially for this type of service.We won’t be going back.OWNER what are you talking about Sunday, party, wanting a discount?
