Comfortable seats. Plenty of parking and valet parking is available for select events. Easy access to auditorium (few stairs.) But many seats are Ada compliant. But most importantly, the acoustics were excellent. I saw (and more importantly. heard) the Carolina Philharmonic there, and it was enjoyable. The easiest way to ruin a classical music concert is with an acoustically too live or too dead hall. My seats were stage right row G and near a stone wall, so I was fearful that it would be a nightmare. But as it turned out, the sound was excellent.
