I had the best experience here today. I've been avidly searching for a new pair of running shoes for over a month now and my hard to fit feet have seen me in multiple stores, for more hours than I care to admit, with no success. I live on my feet, so even a little discomfort is an immediate no go. Nick was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He was willing to try inserts, and smiled when the 4th one saw us on to the next shoe. I know I had him buried knee deep in shoe boxes and inserts, but he did it. He found the perfect pair and left feeling like he was as excited as me to get on the trails and get my 10k under my belt. My planner fasciitis pain before versus after this purchase is literally a night and day of difference!! The last week as I started back to work, my foot pain became unbearable to the point of waking up the next day and losing my balance as I stepped on the floor. Despite it being a Sunday, the staff stayed open late just to accommodate us — and they didn’t cut corners on the experience at all.
