Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Spring Garden Township

This happened 3 years ago, but I figure I'll let you all know so as to warn ya. I was staying at a Super 8 hotel in York PA. I called and ordered delivery for myself, my daughter, and my wife. I absolutely gave them the correct address and room number for this order. An hour after I ordered I gave them a call wondering where my pizza was. The delivery driver went to the wrong Super 8 and when the person in the room said they didn't order the pizza they went back to the store. No one bothered to call me. I reiterated the address and room number and said I wanted the pizza. The delivery driver goes back to the SAME Super 8, but actually calls me. I finally got my pizza two and a half hours after I ordered and the delivery driver blamed me for being late with it. The pizza was never remade so it was cold, hard, and the wings were inedible; overall terrible food. I called to complain and maybe have them bring new pizza and they offer me a ten dollar credit and say hold on and put down the phone. The most terrible customer service and worst Pizza Hut to order from! I will not go back to mount Rose Pizza Hut and I don't recommend anyone to either . I ordered a pizza and some wings and a couple other things and when I finally got my pizza it was disgusting . First of all my pizza was made incorrectly ! And when I called to speak to a manager , I was put on the phone with 3 other people first and the manager here was rude !!!! All I wanted was a new pizza because I spent my money on something and didn't get what I payed for and the manager basically told me " to bad " and that he would give me credit for my next purchase . Do you really freaking think that I want to purchase anything from you guys ever again after messing up my order and then refusing to fix it? I DONT THINK SO!!! I had bad experiences the last two times I ordered from this Pizza Hut. The first time I ordered over the phone and when I went to pick up my personal pizza, they said they didn't have an order for me. They said it might have went to the wrong store, And they were out of personal pan pizzas. So I drove to the other Pizza Hut on Mount Rose, and they didn't have an order for me either. But they did make me a personal pizza, but we had to wait another 20 minutes. Today I ordered their new handcrafted flat bread pizza, because there was a deal on T-Mobile Tuesdays for a free one with a purchase of a dollar. So I ordered a 2 liter, And my total came out to $4.02. I get there and they tell me that it's 9 something. So I had to drive home and get my phone and drive back to show them my email receipt, And then they gave it to me for the $4.02.
