Camp Putt Adventure Golf Park — Attraction in Springfield

The two 18-hole courses are fine. The maintenance of the courses isn't so great. A lot is being neglected. Meanwhile, the young folks up front sit and talk rather than clear the greens, which are in desperate need of a blower once in a while. There are plenty of safety issues, so keep an eye on little ones. Safety hazards abound here, including places where they might fall and lots of bees buzzing around, which they do not remove. They put up signs letting you know to look out for the bugs. This isn't a 5 star facility, but it could be a 4 star if they took proper care of it. It's still fun. My family and I always have a great time here. There are two different 18 hole courses to choose from and both of them have some beautiful water features. It's $6.50 for adults or $22.00 for a family of 4. The second round if you choose to play one is discounted and costs $4.75. Both 18 hole courses are outdoor so make sure you check on the months that they are open due to weather. Overall its a great family fun activity and then there's roaring rapids pizza just across the parking lot...

Lots of fun. The courses are great "forest settings." Lots of water features and fairly challenging. Most holes are par 2. Good luck breaking par unless you get some holes in one. Minus one star because most of the turf is getting pretty beat up and worn out. There was a in the ground hornet's nest at one of the last holes on the course but they didn't warn us about ahead of time. They had a sign posted right next to it that said "bee's" but they were hornet's. Big...
