Horrible experience! Never again will I purchase anything from this store! The day of the delivery they brought me a wrong item. They stated they will deliver the correct item the following week. The following week they had the wrong item again. Now I have to wait another week. The following week comes and they never showed up. I then speak to Daniel who stated they do not have the item in stock anymore. He asked if I would like the display one and I declined. I let him know if they cant get me the item I want my refund and they can pick up the items they had delivered. So the item magically was delivered to the store after not having it in stock. I already had a bad feeling and it ended up being exactly what I was thinking. I go in to pick up then Item but before I grab anything I walk down to where the display set was and sure enough the display one was gone! So I tell Daniel the item you guys are trying to give me is the display one I do not want it. He says no it is not the display one. We sold that one come see the new one. I then go to look at it and sure enough it was the display one. First of all you can tell it was dirty and another thing was it was not properly packaged. They had just bubble wrapped it. If you look at the photos I have one photo with the full set. The other photos are from when I went to pick up the item and walked over and the display was gone. Then the last photo was when Daniel was showing me the "new item". I did not take the item they stated they will deliver another one the following week. I left contacted the attorney general of mass. Do not buy from this place!! By the way I was forced to leave a star in order to leave a review. I give it zero stars.
ALSO TO ADD TO MY REVIEW THE LAST TIME I WAS IN THE STORE I HAD TOLD DANIEL TO GIVE ME SOMETHING IN WRITING STATING THEY WILL DELIVER ME A NEW ITEM AND INITIAL IT. HE WROTE IT AND WROTE HIS NAME AS ANTONIO. I LOOKED AT MY ORIGINAL RECEIPT HE HAD SIGNED ONCE I GOT HOME AND IT SAID DANIEL. I CALL THE STORE BLOCKED THE NEXT DAY MIND YOU I ALREADY RECOGNIZE DANIELS VOICE FROM ALL THE BACK AND FORTH. SO I CALL AND SAY HI AM I SPEAKING TO DANIEL. HE SAYS YES. I've purchased Tomas sectional a 1.5 month ago, was told "it will take about 2 weeks, sometimes more to ship it to the store for pick up". Back than I had time to wait. 2 weeks after the order, I was told that it will take 3-4 weeks for my order to come in, or I can look for another model". Again, I was ready to wait, so I did. So now 6 weeks later I've got a call saying that "they have no idea when Tomas sectional will be available, if ever, so I need to see if I like something else". I've checked online, Tomas sectional was available for online order. OK, fine, I'll go see if I like something else. And I did. Tomas sectional was $850, I found one on the floor for $1100 (store price, it's not even available online yet). Can I swap it with the one I've ordered? NO! Can I have a discount on it? No, I can have it for $1100 which, apparently, is somehow a discount price, because "real" price is $1399 !! Really??? Sorry, this is typical "bate and switch": they have Tomas sectional as a bate, than they offer "something else", and NO REFUND for the wait time and ruined experience (let's be realistic, 1.5 month wait for a new living room sitting is outrageous). Oh, by the way, I've bought a table with 6 chairs from them too, so can I have a discount on that purchase, or at least free delivery, manager Manny? NO!!!! Well... thanks for nothing. The man that I bought it from on State Street in Springfield didn't say that I would have to get rid of all the packaging and that they don't unpack anything. I find this very poor service in that respect. The delivery guy said because if something gets damaged when they open it they don't do it. Uh, don't you have insurance? Had another furniture place delivering beds and they found that unprofessional that they don't take the packaging when they left. Listen I bought a lot of stuff so my porch looked like a recycle bin and all that foam and fake wood crap was garbage. If I ever buy anything there again, it may be 2 or 3 pieces at a time. I had about 10 pieces of furniture so imagine how much packaging and boxes that had to be broken down. If he would have disclosed this information in the first place I would have made arrangements for all that packaging. Poor service. More interested in getting the huge sale...
