I don’t like to give bad reviews, but the truth is the truth. I had called and asked if they had specific ingredients because, per consulta, I was told I needed certain items. I was polite and greeted the Awo respectfully. They said yes I believe we have some of those ingredients in the back but if you need fresh plants for the others, we would need to order. I agreed and said I’ll stop by later today. He said that was fine. I did not misunderstand and remember clearly what was said to me. I drove over an hour from another state to purchase said items to have one of the owners tell me “no we don’t sell that here.” I know it was the one I spoke to on the phone because I recognized his voice. Every time I step into this botanica I have felt great peace. The gentleman who owns this small yet precious secret hidden spot is of great kindness! He has shown to be a person who wishes to uplift others and give gentle guidance in the individual's path of current life. He truly isn't about your money!
