We spent the afternoon of December 27th at Conn Creek doing the blending experience as suggested at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars a few days prior. We were very excited about this activity because we do regular blind tastings back home and always attempt to pick which varieties are inside the wines, etc. which most of the time we are wrong though… LOL.
We arrived ahead of schedule and were greeters by Jessica, she offered us a glass of wine while we await for the remaining guests. When we got in the blending room it was immaculate set up for 8 people, so we started the fun and instructive experience. I think Jessica is a great wine educator, at the end we bought 4 bottles plus the 2 bottles we blended and schedule a 2nd Day shipping for the following week.
We we got home after the long vacation we didn’t get any tracking information, we found out the wine was sent out ground. Today I finally got the order, and I’m happy after all the troubles and issues we got the wine in good shape and we’ll be enjoying it very soon. Thank you for fixing the...

It was our first time trying to do something like this, we wish the group would have been smaller than 24, but it’s Napa. Having the instructor walk us through how to make up the mock blends was fun, then how to build on top of it with Malbec, Cab Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdo was a great time. Once we were done tasting our blend we pulled the proper amounts from the barrel and filled our bottles, corked, and personalized our label. In 3 months we will see how it tastes. Thanks Conn Creek for a great...
Read moreVisited this winery because our limo service recommended it. We really appreciated the greeting at the entrance with a wine sampling until we realized that was the first of our tasting! They also did not provide different glasses between white and red wine. The $25.00 cracker and cheese plate consisted of a few crackers, a few chunks of cheese, about 8 grapes and a strawberry. I was disappointed in the winery but gave an average rating because the person that served us...
