Not sure why they are getting so many stars. I don’t understand the process here. I guess is all about who’s who and brokers importance/customer importance.

4h still no door while many other trucks who arrived for live PUs already getting loaded or left. Few more minutes I am dropping and taking my losses. I refuse to wait longer then 3h even if they tell you they pay detention ! I don’t want detention I want to get loaded in and out and if all of us hold to that standard things would be different!

By the way there were guys here who sat all day since early AM and still did not get the door! And no they were not late for their appointment!

One piece of an advance. If you have been waiting for the door 2h check with drivers next to you and ask how long they have been waiting if there were there when you arrived. Chance is probably many hours. That will be your que to leave and perhaps catch another load before it...

I was worried about the check in but it’s simple it’s off Lynch and S Second St. There’s also big signs signaling where to go. There’s split entrances for JB Hunt and regular receiving. Have your tandems already slid back before going in the scales (park on the street and do it) there’s a kiosk on your left when you park. Check in there. Straight forward. They’ll have you open your doors to check. There’s cameras facing the back of your trailer might as well keep them open. You’ll receive a text after that you’re good to go in the staging area to the left. Just wait till you’re called a yard jockey came to us to tell us the door. You’ll also get video pretty much explaining the whole thing . My appt was 11 I got the door around 1045 and I was gone by 1245. Easy in and out. Bathrooms are by doors 0-44. Not sure where there are others. Good place...

I checked in 2 hours early and was given a door right away. I left within 2 hours. They might have loaded me even sooner. If you cannot get loaded early, they do have a staging lot before security. The truck route might be a little confusing. For the first time, the place is very big and very old. So drive slow. They try and maximize the weight, minimum 77000 pounds. There is a scale on the Entrance and the exit. The trucker lounge restrooms R close to the entrance security entrance. Most of the communication is with text message and a digital screen, but there is also yard personnel that will put a lock on your trailer air supply while you're being loaded. Truckers get the paperwork after the load is legal at...

Literally everytime I'm sent to this place they load me overweight. Sometimes egregiously. Occasionally they get it right on the first rework but there have been multiple instances where I had to be reworked 2-3 times. This time their scale was dishonest. Told me I was good at just below legal limits. I left and hit a couple different cat scales and I'm over on everything. DOT here I come.
