My kids(11 and 8) loved it, most of the staff were very friendly. I wasnt allowed to bring the jelly beans for my hypoglycemic child but instructed to leave them in the car and exit to eat them there when needed. I went back to the car and snuck them in in my suit top because that's not how hypoglycemia works. Unfortunately, the cabana I paid $100 to rent for the day was lacking the two lounge chairs as advertised online. I was looking forward to the lounge chairs for the two youngest of our group. They would have had a place to nap but we ended up not even having enough seating for all 6 of the people in my group. The locking box wasn't in our cabana so a staffer had to pull one from another cabana. There's nearly no organization of the line for slides or entry and exit of the lazy river. Throughout the day there were 10+ people with tubes standing on the stairs at the lazy river. Clear signage and verbal instruction from lifeguards could improve the safety and entrace/exiting of the lazy river. My 8 year old ended up being separated from me because someone bumped into her and knocked her into the flow when we were trying to enter and I couldn't get through immediately to be with her. Good thing she's a strong swimmer. Similar chaos was experienced on the stairs for the 3 large slides. People without tubes were almost constantly pushing their way past everyone standing in line to get to the top. Again, clear signage or verbal instruction could help here. There was an employee sitting at the bottom of the stairs, but she was almost invisible and had no interest in checking anyone's height or instructing anyone how the line should function. Similar chaos was experienced at the snack shack. Lines were very long and the only signs were difficult to see for all of the people in line. I waited 81 minutes for our food, good thing I snuck my child's jelly beans in. Overall, it's not an awful park and is probably pretty great if you live there. For us, this was a lot of chaos and unnecessary stress on top of a...
Read moreSo I’ve been here a few times and for the most part me and my family have enjoyed it . Well yesterday we paid the park a visit again. Everything was great the weather at first seemed blissful . Here’s where our day went to hell on a Sunday . Out of no where a big blk cloud started moving over the park quickly. The life guards where there watching as they should and I told my mom let’s go bc we the cloud looked really bad . The life guard replied nonchalantly yea . As we were walking away to retrieve our items and leave the horn went off sounding horrible weather , the rain came down and the winds were super forcefully pushing . No one sounded for ppl to leave so they kept swimming or moving towards the front. The bottom seemed to fall out the sky and ppl were frantically running for cover cause it seemed like a tornado was otw . Still no one announced go for cover . So ppl ran into any place on the property that was safe. About 10 minutes into it where ppl were fearing for safety we hear someone say please vacate the premises, please get to your cars for safety! I lost it ! There was elderly ppl infants toddlers out on this property and this was what the chose to say! Not take cover somewhere on the property for safety. That’s when ppl became frantic and started rushing to get out of the park while this seemed like tornado for sure! Very scary moment for my family and I’m sure for the families that was there! I mean the wind was pushing ppl down as they ran for their lives! They definitely need to do better with the weather ! Ppl more alert for not just their safety but for the ppl paying money bring their families there ! I’m sure I will go back one day but make sure you guys check the weather before going and pay attention to your surroundings weather wise !...

The college students are RIDICULOUS. It's literally a PDA festival instead of a kids' waterpark..... they are rude & have literally zero manners. Last week, we had a group of 5. Our first time being able to afford the Waterpark with all the kids. We got there at opening & still took 45 minutes to get in with the college kids cutting the lines. We found a spot where no one was & laid out stuff across 3 chairs (there were 5 of us but we didn't want to be rude as space is limited & the kids wouldn't be sitting anyways). We took ONE RIDE around the lazy river & I spot an entitled 20 something year old grabbing up our belongings & moving them, without a care in the world. When we get back & KINDLY address it, the teens look at us like we are in the wrong😅😑 imagine that..... We found another spot to sit so we didn't have to be stared at by inconsiderate teenagers all afternoon who suddenly had a grudge against us for speaking on what's right & wrong. Of course, halfway through the day, it starts pouring rain & the park turns into a stampede of people running for cover. We had small children & grown adults fully willing to run them over.
