Hair Cuttery — Attraction in Stephens City

After multiple tries to achieve the right length, ended up saying it looked fine just to get heck out before I had a breakdown. At one point I was in tears, when I realized this stylist didn't care. I didn't want to be a Karen or seem a problem. Left and immediately went to a different salon to get the cut I actually asked for and showed a picture of. A cut I've had multiple times through my life. Hair Cuttery Stylist acted afraid to cut it short. She was super slow. The cut ended up very uneven, about 1/2 inch difference between left and right side, back was uneven, and very bowl like. Layers didnt exist. Worst job ever. The other salon stylists reaction to my cut, "Oh my", repeatedly stating an astonished "Oh my" as she fixed the disaster. Other salon achieved the requested style with absolutely no problem. If you need a cut in a hurry go to Smart Styles, Woodstock. Cheaper, faster, nicer and they listen. The difficult style the the "level 2 stylist" couldn't seem to grasp, a simple layered...

I booked on line for any stylist: I arrived at 9:25 for my 9:30 appointment. Was told my stylist was running behind. No worries. 15 minutes later she finished with her client appologized & went to the back. I never saw her again😶 10 minutes later another stylist finished with her client- she went to the back.The last stylist remaining said he could do my hair when he finishes. He said it would be about 10 minutes. 15 minutes later he was just finishing the back of her hair. He still had to do the front. Geez! Another client came in. I only made this 5 stars so someone would see it. I went in the other day for a quick cut. And the lady sure gave me a quick cut and absolutely the worst hit cut ever! I asked for a simple inch off my hair... My hair was down close to my belly ... She holds up maybe an inch and a half and says this would be healthier so I said ok... I got there at maybe 5:23 and she had finished by 5:40 including washing and not to mention we talked a bit at the beginning. So in less than a full 20 minutes she butchered my once long pretty hair it is now above my boob. She took off 4 inches. I immediately cried and still am crying and it's 2 days later.
