So I go in with strange issues with my custom sound system. Just a 1200w sub and amp box. I paid for a diagnosis and was told a couple things that could be the problem but not what IS the problem. Bad ground location, weak fuse (that came with my install kit) and the copper clad aluminum install kit. For 1200W I think the aluminum was not a big deal. So I went along and paid 3x what I could online for the install kit just to get these problems finally solved.

They played the music very loud in my car and it seemed working fine however after I left it wouldn’t play well at low, comfortable, volumes. I’ve been told several things that it COULD be but they were happy to upsell me on things that wouldn’t actually solve my problems.

Update: I had taken it to another shop and they also failed it fix it. I spent over $800 on this problem overall. I was so mad at the other shop I went to that I decided the only way I would get this fixed is if I learned and fixed it myself. So I unscrewed the subs and I immediately found a loose butt connector. I took it off, replaced the wires, tied the ends together and taped it down with electrical tape and I haven't had a problem since. This shop missed a loose wire and it wound up costing me nothing and took me (someone who only possesses basic electrical knowledge) 15 minutes to fix. My trip to their shop cost me...

I deleted my original review because I didn’t give nearly enough credit the first time. I also like to wait a bit before posting feedback, and now that it’s been about two months, I can confidently give a better review.

I submitted an inquiry through their website late at night, and Ali got back to me first thing the next morning. He asked for more details and told me I could bring my car in the same day.

I had previously gotten speakers installed at a shop in North Stockton that absolutely sucked, worst service and quality I’ve ever experienced.

When I arrived, Ali and I spoke at the shop, and he was very clear and upfront about what the work might involve, what they’d be checking, and any possible fees. I left the car for an inspection, and within an hour, their amazing techs, Omar and Ruben had already found the issue: a poorly installed speaker causing the whole system to fail.

Ali called me to explain everything clearly, including the extra charge since the original speakers were damaged from the bad install. I gave him the go-ahead, and about 40 minutes later, I got a call that the job was done.

Two months later, the system still sounds perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back for future upgrades. These guys are absolutely pros, I couldn’t recommend them more.

I'd like to add that I would not bother posting such a long well thought out review if I did not mean it. It is absolutely deserved. Will absolutely be recommending this...

SICA was the 1st place i stopped in at and unfortunately they were booked up for the next 2 days. Another establishment i went to (i won't say any names) may or may not have had the kit i needed in stock, but I knew for sure that "the game" of up-saling and overcharging me, WAS ON! I know this bcuz once I returned to SICA i realized that they were attempting to charge me almost DOUBLE for kit and wire harness! Anyway enough of "them ", I would like to give a warm shout out to the professional, fair and handsome gentleman at SICA for the prompt and professional service they provided me. They even saved me money letting me know that I didn't need all the speakers I initially had. I recommend you treat your car to the best and come see these guys.. THANK YOU LOTS GUYS,...
