I ordered the big boy pizza $19.99 for delivery, paid for extra cheese. When the pizza arrived, tip for driver was not included! There was a $6.99 service fee before! Tax, no extra cheese.. Barely Any cheese! The tomatoes where little canned skin pieces. I commute so I ate two pieces. Very disappointed. I placed the rest in the freezer to return when I would have some time to. Work has been busy. So it was more than a week before I went into Pizza Guys on Waterloo. I entered with two pieces missing from the pizza and my $35.00 recite, my information on the recite. The person at the counter said I should have called sooner, he could give me $5.00 off another order. It ended up being $35.00 dollars, low quality and missing my paid for extra cheese. Low Quality, no clue how to make it right, to me. $5 was an insult, I left them with my $35.00 dollar pizza as I walked out. Don't throw your money away at this...

I ordered a medium specialty pizza day. When I picked it up there was a cockroach that crawled off of my box onto the counter. The employee working grabbed a paper towel and smashed it and offered to remake my pizza. I declined but was not issued a refund, unfortunately. Couldnt get a manager to come out of the back to speak with me. Also worth noting that the employee commented on his fellow workers and their lack of cleanliness and proper hygiene. Pizza is always greater, my lady needed to go on line and saw they had Did I and asked if she could use it but no one knew the password so the girl said she would turn on her personal hot spot for her to use. That was great. The best thing yet was one of the silvery drivers came back and handed each one of the two girls $5.00. Said he got a $20.00 tip and he gave them part of it saying that it's not possible without them to make everything work. Now that is teamwork! Good workers and coworkers are so hard to find.
