Hiked the 1 mile trail at rocky knob with our two small (2 and 5) grandchildren and their parents. It was a perfect hike. We crossed streams, hills and rocks. The kids loved it and so did we. We brought along plenty of water and snacks. It was a great family hike with lots to see and show the kids.

Best scenic drive you'll ever take!!! 469 miles of absolute breathtaking Beauty!!! Nature as God intended, all natural. Spending time on the parkway, helps you to relax and enjoy a slower pace in time. And if you do enjoy talking to God, I honestly believe I feel closer to Him, when I stop at some of those overlooks, and just stand there viewing the amazing scenery, and enjoying the silence.
