This is a nice splash pad. Has a large bucket that makes quite a splash! Has a small water table area in the corner my littles loved (1 and 3 y/o). Things you should know. 1♡ You have to pay to get in. 2♡ The entrance is the same entrance for The Cascades, don't try to park by the kids playground like I did. 3♡ The water. Is. So. Cold. Really cold. 4♡ There is a concession stand, it's cute, but be prepared if you have Littles that get excited by the smell of popcorn. 5♡ The staff is very kind and attentive and the restrooms were spotless. We will definitely return!

What a nice Park! We spent the whole day there waiting for the Labor Day outdoor concert and Cascades light show. We did a nice 2-mile walk, The walking and biking trail is paved and circular, probably about a mile and a half. A few bicycle riders but not many. It's mostly walkers. We camped out under a huge oak tree with a nice breeze for a couple of hours just relaxing. Nice quiet place. The concert and light show at the Cascades was awesome!

We didn't stay for the evening, because the light show doesn't start until May. Brought the scooter, and had a great time on all the paths. Lots of people out, walking the trails, riding their bicycles, walking their dogs, and generally having a wonderful time on a really warm day.

The park is looking nice this time of year. When I was a kid 26 years ago the ponds around the park were mossy and green but, I have never seen them that gunked up. They removed the basketball court where my grandma took me to shoot my first big boy shots. They have also updated the play area with a splash pad area and removed the old concrete climbing area we all use to call the cheese area is all gone now. The park is beautifying but, not quickly enough for the growing young families that plan to stay here in Jackson. A toddler friendly play area for the rambunctious 1year old with just a slide, some stairs and maybe some low climbing obstacles but, not a bridge and big metal grated ladders. There's nothing for little ones to do there but, run through the grass and hope not to get hurt on the oversized play area. The smallest toy was the baby swing which had no canopy to block the sun so, it was scorching hot. C'mon Jackson, when designing a park keep the children in mind, and how this will be use and under what weather conditions. Thank...

It was 5 stars until they closed the some of the roads. It is now a huge pain to leave after firework events. People were parking in front of and behind people that were parked on the side of rudoplh. When it was 2 lanes going 1 way each there was plenty of parking, and you could get out fairly easily. Now everyone is parked on one side, and trying to go left or right instead of one direction while leaving, causing a mess. On the 4th of July 2022 traffic wasn't moving for about 30 min. People were driving down the closed road, through the park, anyway they could get out. It's also a bit of a pain to leave the playground area on brown if you are turning left going north out of the parking area. If a long line of cars is heading south on brown it takes forever to get out, unless someone is polite and let's you out. What was so bad about the roads before? We went to memorial day and 4th of July fireworks this year, we don't plan on going to labor day or any future unless they fix the...

I come for the memorial weekend firework show..I love that Cascades puts on 3 fireworks shows a year. It is so beautiful when you watch the sky light up, and the waterfall lights change cars and synchronizes with the music being played and.the beautifully lit sky from the fireworks Make sure you check.out one of their 3 fireworks show. Make a day of it with your family. The grounds are extensive and its beautiful. They also have baseball diamonds, and a splash pad.for the kids to play in the water. Sorry that I do not.have pics.of.the waterfall.woth the fireworks but it was just myself.and the dog this year... Enjoy family.life while.you have them and live life through the precious vision of seeing the world through the untainted vision of a child ..you never know when all things family and children can be taken.in the...
