Encinal Park — Attraction in Sunnyvale

This is a small but well maintained nice park in Sunnyvale. Convienient for many nearby apartment complexes for exercise, evening walks or just chilling out. The park has 2 tennis cours, a basketball and volleyball court and a baseball diamond. There's also kid's playgroung and small enclosed area for toddlers to play aroung. In addition there's mini open gym, barbeque pits, and tables to enjoy bbq parties. I have seen small bbq parties, gender reveal parties and small gatherings held here. Since there's huge Indian community living in nearby, you can see lots of Indian grandparents with their grandkids and moms with their kids. Around noon you can see many eating their lunches or relaxing, some bring their dogs to play around.

The restroom is convenient for people visiting as well as for delivery drivers although it was jot so clean when I visited it. This park I have been to only a couple of times but it is quickly becoming one of my favorites. I really like the location of the park, it is nestled between some tech businesses and a nice neighborhood. I really like the walking path they have, huge open field, restrooms, plenty of picnic tables, a nice basketball court away from the street and a tennis court as well.
