Surprise Farms Community Park — Attraction in Surprise

Very nice clean hotel and very nice staff . Problem 1 was told at check in that there is a 30.00 a nite refundable security deposit which isn't stated on the website . Problem 2 discovered a tear in bed top sheet . Problem 3 no wash clothes or bath mat . Problem 4 no maid service have to ask for all items needed and when towels were brought no wash clothes and didn't empty waste baskets that were full and called to please empty when we left for the day . I don't know what Hilton is doing cuz they rely on the poor workers at the desk to also be maids . Management management management the workers were super nice and were happy to make things rite . It's a brand new hotel so some cosmetic issues and repairs to a access door needed and understandable . Hilton management asleep...

We are lucky enough to live right behind this park so our family plays there often. So far it has been well maintained. The only negative unfortunately is that the teenagers like to hangout under the only covered seating (right next to the playground) and use VULGAR language. I have nothing against teenagers and I think it's wonderful that they have this wonderful new skatepark to enjoy. I just don't understand why they have to ruin it for everyone else? It makes me sad that I can't enjoy this beautiful park with my two little girls without listening to the F word being screamed also this was not a one time issue. We are at this park at least 3 days a week and it's the same old gross...

Nice little splash pad for the kids. I honestly did go in the restroom or go beyond the splash pad area. There is a jungle gym area as well behind the splash bad. There is not much seating space, so if you want to use this for a birthday party, I would suggest bringing chairs or something anything you wanna sit on. I don't suggest sitting in the grass on the grass unless you find a way to prevent the ants from crawling on your blanket/towels 😂 I didn't see a grill. However, that doesn't mean there isn't one.
