I'm speechless, but let me first express how Monica is one of the kindest, sweetest and most gentle human beings I've ever met. These traits are infused into the goods she bakes. Her communication is top tier. As far as what we've tried so far, the brown butter chocolate chip cookies are divine. We also picked up two plain sourdough loaves. Fantastic gluten free bread! The taste is the best I’ve had and the consistency and texture is better than any other gluten free bread that’s out there. Truly amazing Miss Monica! As good as the bread is though, the gluten free chocolate chip cookies top everything for me. I love soft cookies and these literally melt in my mouth. My only regret is not getting more!
