The place has a great potential for people with varying experience and adventurous levels. However, there are two major drawbacks which is why this gets a one star. One, which is the bigger concern, is the lack of care from the employees about safety. In several occasions I witnessed participants not following the given rules that were clearly explained in the beginning. Despite having employees overseeing the activities, the actual supervision and consequences for breaking safety rules were severely lacking. With a management so irresponsible, I fear for my safety and will not return. The facility was well-staffed as well so that cannot be the excuse for this lack of professionalism. My suggestion, children under the age of 18 should NOT be allowed to participate without adult on site supervision. If issues occur, without adults present, those children may be unprotected or not brought to consequences by proper authority. No excuses on this end. With large drops like this place has, safety should be #1 priority, and ALL staff should be on alert. Yes, they make you sign a waiver but that’s also no substitution for actual care for safety and following safety rules. When i brought this issue to several employees, only the manager showed concern but nothing happened. So I was beyond disappointed that no safety protocols were taken seriously by the staff.

Second, which affects less people, is the lack of bathrooms near the facility which prevented me from participating. The bathrooms are down the road, about a half a mile which is not easily accessible for many. It’s an uphill hike to get from the bathrooms (2 stalls only) to the treetop area. Many families complained about this as I was walking around the area. For this, little excuse is given since there are many options to have even 1-2...

And this review is for another poor management style that I do not appreciate, see image uploaded. This is no way to do customer service as an owner I looked over other reviews, it seems the owner is super disrespectful and basically 'man-splains' to people. This is disgusting. See the photos attached. Since I cannot respond to a review's comment, I would just like to highlight that the lack of taking responsibility, fairness, and caring for safety speaks vivid colors of the owner's response to my prior comment.

First of all, barely addressing my concern, fully denying them, and reverting to another person's review is unfair and has nothing to do with my initial comment. In my initial review I had zero mention about bullying, I mentioned safety and lack of care from managers. So this is a clear picture about how some folks treat people here. I'm happy for your good reviews, but you cannot blanket yourself with them when you receive a bad one for valid reasons. You said it yourself, we did not get an outcome we prefered because your employees did not address the safety issues I noticed as an observer.

Also, people are more than capable of completing the course physically but can have disabilities that requires them to use the bathroom often which your place does not accommodate. And, non-participating family members may still have disabilities limits their mobility. Sounds like accommodations are favoring the residents of that area and not the customers. And yes, other non-participating folks were also complaining that it's stupid how far the bathrooms are. Customer service isn't something this place excels at, and can be easily witnessed from the owner's response to my...

I had never been zip lining before but the staff there are so friendly and helpful. You get a walk through of how to use your equipment then you get to go and try courses on your own. There are staff members throughout the park to help you anytime you need it. I was on one of the courses, pretty high up in the air and was feeling uneasy but a worker on the ground noticed me and started talking to me. Him along with my fiance telling me how good I was doing helped me out so much. I didn't tell him thank you and never got his name but I wish I would have. They also have gloves and foldable water bottles and other items you can purchase in the guy right next to where you sign in for the zip lining courses. I highly recommend the gloves, after a couple courses even with the gloves on my hands hurt I could only imagine how they would have been if I hadn't had gloves on. It was extremely fun and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They also have a spa area and cabins that you can stay in as well. My fiance and I only did the zip lining part so I can't say how the rest of the park/spa is but everything there was beautiful and I will definitely...

You must pre-purchase tickets in advance on their website. You get 2.5 hours to do as many courses as you like. The courses are ranked just like ski slopes (green, blue, black). If you don't cheat (holding onto your pulley line) black is hard! Time flies by fast, and it will be over before you know it. If you have little ones best for an adult to be in front and either an older child or another adult behind the little one. The main reason why you will want an adult in front is because if your small kid is light say under 45 pounds they don't always make it all the way to the end of the Zipline and an adult can reach out and grab their harness. Also, other zip lines they head to the end full speed and if you help stop them it will avoid a crying child because they rammed into the net full force. We all had super fun, ages 6, 12, 14, and 50.

In A Nutshell: -The Tahoe Vista Treetop Adventure Park is great place to take a group of veterans, family or friends to overcome some very fun obstacles and zip-lines. -Nestled in the calm, quiet Sierra Nevada forest amongst cute chipmunks and green trees you'll find this fun place. -The instructors/guides are very friendly. -You can spend a few hours here and really workout your mind, body and soul. -You can really learn about your own confidence while accomplishing each obstacle route. -I really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the forest. -Some of the obstacles are very challenging so it's not all very easy, which is good. -Thank you to the Wounded Warrior Project and the Cedar House Sport Hotel for the great day!! Overall, you'll feel very good afterwards and if you can push others in overcoming their fears, your day will be even better!
