I had high expectations for this place and was sorely let down. I spent over $500 in 3 hours here. Jesus help me. The escape room was too difficult and random to solve, that my kids and I had to rely on help from staff (breaking the 3rd camera or whatever that phrase is, where it rapes your reality of the haunted experience). It took 30 mins to solve with assistance. There's no way we'd get out without it. It literally made no sense. Then we did the dark ride. It was an interactive 3d ride that was enjoyable but over before you know it. After that my kids spent time in the large arcade that for such a nice facility, sure had several problems. Machines weren't working. Arcade cards were being incorrectly charged. It would charge your card and not let you play. By the time you get your tickets reconciled and up to the counter, you're met with subpar customer service and even less quality product quality and selection. Their toys were broken. My kids literally threw it back across the counter and said "never mind, its broken." We did the ropes course, requested just our party going through. For safety reasons since we're all neurodivergent and going to be highly suspended. Didn't want any accidents or meltdowns. Nope. They let up another group. So my kids had to come down. And once you go down, you can't go back up. Did the Lazer tag which was ok. Overall, if they provided people with packages to purchase the value vs what you get for it would've made sense. But there was a LARGE gap in that discrepancy here! I am so tedious of a planner that I already called and made arrangements/asked questions etc in advance-as this was for my son's 15th birthday. And I only get my kids once a month. My kids were so dissatisfied and disappointed that they wanted to leave early, told me they "felt bad bankrupting me" and "this wasn't worth it." Straight from the mouths of babes. I tried being cordial and voicing my concerns to Latoya their manager. It went nowhere. She refused to give me any refund or credits towards a future visit. She said she would ask corporate and call me Tuesday with an answer and try to help me. Nope. She woke me up early Monday morning just to remind me she can't help me. I have a bachelor's in business management. This is no way to run a company. The people are just as greedy as their broken arcade machines. They have no empathy for the people in whom they service. This event lead to a disappointed birthday boy and a broke/disabled/autistic single mom. Big fat thank you. And no thank you. We will not be back. If you respect yourself and your hard earned money, don't come here. You'll blow it and leave broken hearted like me. Just trying to save you and your children the pain we endured. On what should have been a special day. And could have been preventable or something resolveable. But nope. I'll choose to spend my time, money and...

The Tallahassee National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) ended our week at District 850, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. We chose your venue to celebrate and fellowship, but encountered several issues that made the evening uncomfortable and frustrating for our group.
Incorrect Drink Order & Poor Customer Service One of our members received the wrong drink order. Instead of correcting it promptly, the staff argued with him until they realized the mistake and eventually apologized. This was an avoidable and unprofessional interaction.
Disruptive Cleaning While we were taking group photos and still enjoying our food and drinks, staff began cleaning the area—clearing drinks and plates even though some of us were not finished. This felt rushed and disrespectful to paying customers.
Unwarranted Law Enforcement Involvement Over Card Playing We were shocked when the manager called the sheriff's office because we were playing cards. There was no signage or communication that this was prohibited. Rather than engaging us in a respectful conversation, the staff escalated the situation unnecessarily. We were paying customers, and this could have been handled with a simple discussion.
Cold Food & Poor Resolution from Management I ordered nachos that were served cold. I asked a male manager if I could order something else, but was told the only option was to remake the same item. This lack of flexibility was disappointing.
Questionable Charges & False Allegations Some of our members were charged unexpected additional tip amounts, and when questioned, a female manager claimed that a member of our party threatened her—an accusation that was not true. As a result, he was escorted out by law enforcement based on a false statement.
Laser Tag Duration Misleading Lastly, we were surprised that the laser tag session lasted only 10 minutes. For the cost and expectation, this felt insufficient and should have been communicated clearly in advance.
Overall, this experience left us feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and targeted. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to ensure other groups do not experience...
Read moreWe came here for my son’s birthday party. The price for the party was astronomical, but it was a big deal to my son so I didn’t mind paying the money. I’m giving 2 stars instead of zero because the party host was extremely sweet, patient, and helpful! There was also a young lady named Kyleigh working the front desk that was extremely sweet. The facility was clean and the set-up was not bad and the kids had a good time. However, the party package I paid for came with 3 pizzas and I paid for an additional 3 pizzas which had additional toppings. When it was time for the pizza, only 3 were brought out. I was told the $35 charge on my invoice was for the 2 additional toppings I wanted. I was directed to the manager who then called the sales coordinator to confirm what I was telling him about my order. They made the order right, but I felt as though I shouldn’t have had to explain to the manager how to read the invoice and I felt like he was treating me like I was trying to get something I didn’t pay for when I had already spent a large amount of money there. On top of that, the pizzas were more medium sized than large. My niece and her husband ordered food from the menu and it was delivered to the wrong table and on top of that, the people kept it and ate it (the part was not the facility’s fault of course). Now, I will move on to the issue of masks. Once we got to the arcade, we were forced to wear masks or leave. The employee that was walking around enforcing the rule was very rude about it and the manager was even more rude about it! We ended up cutting the birthday party short because of this issue. Lastly, the sprinklers outside had been running all day creating an unsafe, wet parking lot and muddy area around the sidewalk. My husband and friend witnessed a young girl slip and fall and cut her knee pretty severely. When her mom brought it to the attention of the employee that was standing at the door, handing out masks, she was given a bandaid and showed no concern for her daughter’s condition. Needless to say, we will not be back, nor will anyone else that was...
