My husband and I just happened to drive past this park on the way home (Athens) and decided to stop because we wanted to let the kids play at a park since they were going stir crazy. We are so glad that we stopped. This park has all kinds of equipment for the kids to play on, lots of places to sit, loads of shade so the kids don't get burned during the summer, and a basketball court for the older kids. The park is gated which is a plus for us, I just wish the gate was left closed so that my 3 year old was even less likely to wander off. Parking can be a little rough when it gets busy, but even when it's busy there seems to be enough space for everyone to play. It's an awesome park and worth the 30-35...
