Reimagine Office Furnishings — Attraction in Tampa

ROF is truly an amazing company! They've been clutch for us on multiple occassions. One of the best products we've ever purchased was the Synexis air purification system. As a Licensed Property Manager for over 20 years, I've never had a product permanantly resolve an issue like Synexis. Approximately 2 years ago, we had a supply line leak in the ceiling rafters at one of our managed condominiums. The situation was exacerbated due to the pipe's location in the "common area" within the building. We had to wait helplessly for the HOA to access the pipe and make the repair. Since our unit was the only one impacted, they weren't in a big hurry. Two full days of soaking drywall and flooded floors ensued. Despite the HOA's effort to make necessary repairs and treat the immediate area, it was obvious that we had a widespread mold issue. Prior to purchasing Synexis, both the HOA and our maintenance team tried multiple remedies with little success. After approximately 2 months, our client agreed to purchase a Synexis unit. The smell and musty air disappeared within 24 hours. Confident with the results, we rented condo about a month later with the Synexis system running . We fully disclosed the incident to the tenants who were initially concenred, but never experienced any issues. In fact, they recently purchased the unit from our (now former) client. Part of the contract called for 3rd party mold spore testing. This test was very thorough, and the results were amazing! The test revealed that the air inside the unit was better quality than the air outside! Truly one of the best purchases we ever made!
