I cannot say enough amazing things about WR Event and the incredible experience they provided for my graduation celebration! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to create a memorable and beautiful event that I will cherish forever.

Venue: The space was absolutely stunning—elegant, clean, spacious, and beautifully lit. It offered the perfect blend of class and comfort, making it ideal for celebrating such a meaningful milestone. The décor options were modern yet customizable, and the layout allowed us to create distinct spaces for dining, mingling, and photos.

Customer Service: WR Event’s customer service is unmatched. The staff was professional, kind, and truly cared about making the event perfect. They were incredibly responsive during the planning process and made me feel like a top priority. Whether it was answering last-minute questions, coordinating with vendors, or just offering advice—they handled everything with grace and enthusiasm.

Event Planning Support: WR Event doesn’t just offer a venue—they offer peace of mind. Their team helped with planning logistics, provided recommendations for catering and entertainment, and made sure the event timeline ran smoothly. They offered setup and cleanup support, which made the day stress-free for me and my family.

I believe in taking ownership, so I’ll start by saying we arrived about 20 minutes late to our rental. However, once we got there, no one would open the door for us for a long time. When they finally did, the sight inside was shocking. Every single table was beyond broken, and the venue was disgustingly dirty — dust and grime covered the fans, the floor, and every surface. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, with unused feminine product left on the bathroom floor apon arrival

Because the space was unusable, I had to go to Home Depot and buy all my own tables and chairs just to get started. That made us over an hour late for our real setup. Despite us fixing and cleaning the entire venue ourselves — far more than any renter should have to do — they still charged us and refused to return our security deposit.

We spent so much of our rental time cleaning and making the space functional that our entire event timeline was pushed back, leaving us with barely an hour to celebrate before we had to tear down. The guard was rude and completely unhelpful and unprofessional sadly. Cursing and being rude toward guest and us.

When we reached out to the owners about the issues, they extended our time but never mentioned there would be extra charges — which they later imposed. Afterward, I called and texted for days trying to get a response about the deposit. I was told, “Hi, I’m sick and cannot talk,” which I’m sorry for, and I couldn’t understand. But followed by complete radio silence afterward. The husband told me, “I don’t deal with things like this, talk to my wife.” But The wife or lady in charge then claimed to be sick for weeks and ignored all my messages. When she did respond it was bare minamin and then being ignored again.

They ignored my texts, refused to return my security deposit, and acted unprofessionally from start to finish. If you’re okay with dust, dirt, and complete uncleanliness, go ahead and book with them. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. This company is a scam — unresponsive, dishonest, and completely lacking in...

From the very beginning, Divina made me feel heard, valued, and supported. She is one of the sweetest, most genuine, and hard-working people I’ve ever met. Her professionalism is unmatched, and her passion for making each event perfect truly shines through in everything she does. She doesn’t treat you like just another client — she treats you like family.
