Just an Okay Venue with Some Avoidable Issues
I’ve attended two events at the Heinz C. Prechter Educational and Performing Arts Center, and overall, I’d say it’s just an okay venue. The building is clean and modern, but the experience is more frustrating than it should be.

However, the staff members do not seem to understand that people pay a lot of money to attend this event to watch their children (under the age of 18) perform. They are very unaccomodating, which is challenging. Clearly, they are only enforcing the rules they were given which is why this review is necessary. I understand that strollers in this setting are cumbersome, however their are medical reasons to utilize strollers and wagons for children and this was completely disregarded.
