Burger King — Restaurant in Taylor

This morning I ordered a meal from BK. When I got there to pick up my breakfast order, I was refused my food. The "manager (Carrie)" whose attitude was more than horrible, stated my order was put in too close to the time of breakfast cut off. I asked for a refund which she said she couldn't do. I then said well can I choose something else, she stated they didn't have anything ready and "did not have the inventory to give me anything else, not even on the regular menu". I am left with no food and no money back. Her attitude suggested she didn't want to service me and while, I do not think everything is about race, I am sure a good customer service experience would've been to atleast allow me to use my credit (since they still have my money) to order something else. Went thru the drive thru @ approx 1:05 pm.. ordered #4.. no condiments.. Can I get onion rings instead of fries.. "what size" they ask... Large please.. what to drink.. and so forth.. rolled up to window.. paid for my meal.. my large pop was ready, he said just a moment for your food .. wasn't long at all., handed me my bag.. and off I went home.. After a long stressful day. (Yeah I start work in the wee hours) Get home and open the bag... This is a large onion ring? The container surely was but not the content.... I'm being generous saying it was half full .. yah know at today's prices.. I just got totally ripped Off.. and hey if u didn't have enough ready to fill a large.. ask me if I'd like to wait for gawds sake....... Yeah thoroughly disappointed... I'm half expecting to find condiments on my sandwich at this point.. nothing further to add, disgusted...

NEVER FAILS! Every time I come here I order the same exact thing and every single time it's always messed up. I swear it's like they know it's me and they do it intentionally at this point. I get a #2 Cheese and Ketchup only. What I get is a single whopper or ill get it with everything on it or sometimes i get it with no cheese or sometimes it has mayo instead of ketchup. I have to go in and get it fixed each time and it's a shame they just throw away the mess up. Not only am I mad about my order being wrong but it upsets me to see this food being wasted too.
