this company advertises under several different local city names in the area i.e., Draper Computer Repair, but the emails all come from a company based in AZ called Karl's Technology Service. I called on a Monday to schedule an appt at rate of $125 and got an appt for 8-10am next day. They called late Monday to say tech was having car troubles and could they reschedule. No other techs available. We reschedule for Wednesday 8-10. Nope, still car trouble, can't make it. Reschedule for Friday same window. They call 845 am Friday to say nope tech is having personal issues and can't make it would I like to reschedule. I told them Monday I was only in town through Friday, so looks like I saved myself some money by not having them come out after all. Horrible service.
