It’s there soft opening so hopefully with this feedback they will workout some kinks and it will be smoother in the future. Get plastic cups with a lid for kids. Get the plastic hotdog trays to put in the napkins and utensils so you don’t just throw them all on the table. Or just have them in containers at the table. Have numbers for the food items to make it easier for customers to order and for your waiter to put in. With the order being out in digitally on your portable machine, I’m not sure how the waitress had to come out multiple times to see what items my table was still missing, is it not printed out on a check in the back then crossed out as it’s being made? The fish sauce was too salty, add more water, lime and sugar. Pho broth was a bit too bland, was hoping it would be more flavorful since it had the ribs.
Plenty of meat for the hot stone bowl pho. Could easily order 1 to split with 2 people.
The kids meal prices ($6) is a great value.
Place is on the smaller side, not very many seating.
Good luck with your grand opening, hopefully you’ll take some of this feedback and make improvements before your...
Read moreWe just had an amazing meal featuring Com Tam (Broken Rice), Pho Ga (Chicken Pho) and especially the Pho Tho Da — and wow, everything was absolutely delicious! As a Vietnamese, I can say the flavors here truly capture the authentic taste of our traditional Pho. The broth is rich and aromatic, the beef’s quality is perfect, and the presentation in the hot stone bowl keeps every bite warm and flavorful until the end. The restaurant’s decor is beautiful — warm, artistic, and full of character. The staff are outstanding: super friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their hospitality really made the experience even more special. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend everyone to give this place a try! Don’t miss the Pho Tho Da and Com Tam — they’re must-try dishes. If any of my friends ever ask where to find great Vietnamese food, this is the place I’ll recommend without...
Read moreDidn't know if they were open or not because coming soon sign was still up. Came in and they indeed were open. Staff was super friendly, and even though today was apparently their soft opening, they were still knowledgeable about the menu Food was amazing! The pho broth was clear and flavorful (as it should be!) The meat was thinly sliced and cooking in the broth when it arrived. I hate over cooked meat, and this place did it as it SHOULD be done! Also hat an order of pot stickers and egg rolls which were both were cooked fresh to order, and the sauce (egg roll soup?) was amazing! I've never had it before, but need it again! Prices were about what you'd expect for pho, but well worth it for the high quality! I well definitely return! Best Pho I've had in Utah! Plus, I need to save room next time amd try their...
