Two women sitting in the middle of a walking path that’s barely wide enough for people to walk side by side and they have a whole towel with all of their stuff laid out right in the way. They don’t offer to move. And they have a dog they claim is “scared” but is coming towards me while growling and being aggressive. Scared doesn’t go towards people, scared tries to get away.
