My friends & I purchased a wine tasting experience from Groupon and it was a horrible experience. Kayden the cashier was the only welcoming employee there. I felt that my friends & I were treated differently due to the fact that we purchased our wine tasting experience on Groupon. When Kayden gave us our wine tasting card he wrote on the top Groupon. At first I didn’t think much about it. But the longer we were there the more I started to notice. 1. We were given ugly cheap wine glasses that didn’t have the winery’s name on them. They looked like they were from the dollar store. I stood next to a couple who was wine tasting as well because they had the same wine tasting card as my group. However there’s didn’t state Groupon on it. And they had better quality glasses and were given more wine. 2. We started off tasting wine with Ben but when we went back for our second glass Ben was extremely busy so my group and I walked to the back of the winery and Brittney and another employee (she had long dark hair and it was pulled back in a claw clip) were literally just standing there talking to one another and on their phones. We asked them for help and they both hesitated and you could tell that they didn’t want to help. Brittney was extremely rude and she walked away and rolled her eyes at us. 3. Our food and my friends wine tasting cards that were only half way checked off were removed from our table. We went to the food truck to get food and when we came back our half eaten charcuterie board and wine tasting cards were thrown away. At first we thought maybe the employees thought we left and they wanted to clear the table. But they left our claw clip, lip gloss, hand sanitizer and our empty wine glasses on the table. 4. After we noticed our wine tasting card were thrown away we informed the only available employee Brittney and she was making it seem like we were lying about the situation. Luckily I kept my wine tasting card in my purse and it wasn’t thrown away. So I showed Brittney and she was like “okay you have yours but how do I know they have the same amount of glasses left as you”. I looked at her and stated we are a group we are doing this together. And she was like okay that’s right. And she issued my friends another card with the correct remaining glasses. 5. Charcuterie boards are extremely over priced. They aren’t fresh. We asked an employee do they not make them fresh to order and he told us no. They are dropped off by a vendor. $25 for 8 pieces of salami, 5 grapes, 2 blackberries, 8 hospital crackers and a few pieces of cheese! Like BFFR!! 6. Bathrooms smell like they have plumbing issues. 7. No views Overall visiting Danza Del Sol Winery was an unpleasant experience. The view was horrible. The winery was small. I felt like I was in someone’s garage, the staff besides Kayden had horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Danza del Sol Winery in Temecula, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The indoor tasting room with AC provided a comfortable escape from the outdoor heat, allowing me to fully savor their exquisite wines. Speaking of wines, their reds were simply amazing, boasting rich flavors that delighted my palate, while the sweet wines offered a delightful contrast. For those who do enjoy the summer sun there is also a welcoming outdoor area with lots of seating and fans for the especially hot days. But it's not just the wines that captivated me; the winery's stunning scenery added a picturesque backdrop to the entire visit. Rolling vineyards and breathtaking views created an ambiance that was truly enchanting. Overall, my time at Danza del Sol Winery was an unforgettable experience. From the stunning scenery to the exceptional wines and welcoming staff, it's a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a perfect blend of indulgence and relaxation. One of the standout features of Danza del Sol Winery is their membership program, which offers exceptional value. With four free wine tastings per day, I was able to explore a variety of their offerings without any limitations. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and attentive, making the tasting experience all the more enjoyable. As a member, I also had the privilege of enjoying the lovely clubhouse on weekends. This added a touch of luxury to my visit, allowing me to relax and unwind in a beautiful setting while sipping on some of the finest wines.

Temecula was our family's holiday destination this year and we had a blast. My husband and I are fortunate enough to have wine tasting experiences in the US and Europe so thought Temecula would be a pleasant local experience to take our young adult children. Danza del Sol knocked it out of the park! It was the highlight of Temecula for us and one of the best winery experiences we've ever had. We were greeted and hosted by the friendly, knowledgable, and professional somms, Walter and Ben. We started in the tasting room and then our group of seven moved out to the vineyards by ATVs. There we continued with the tastings but with a much more tangible opportunity to learn about Temecula's history and vineyards and Danza's soul and wines. The whites, sweet and dry, were a hit but my favorites were the Cab Franc, which I think is a difficult single to do this well, and the Super Tuscan. Thanks, Danza (especially Walter and Ben) for helping us make such wonderful memories and learn about your fabulous wines.

Yesterday my husband and I went for a drive through the wineries. Didn't realize some were open for tastings due to covid until we came upon the sign's. Since we are members at a few, we decided to stop in. We went to South Coast whose a sister winery with Carter Estates which we are members of. Even though we did not have reservations, us being wine club members they had no issues with seating us either a smile on their faces very friendly, happy to welcome back wine club members. We enjoyed a beautiful wine flight & charcuterie. However things went bad when we decided to go visit one of our other wineries Danza del Sol it was just before 3:30 on Saturday 8-1-20 we thought we had a shipment to pickup so we figured we would do a tasting while we were there since it's been so long with all if our favorites closed. We walked in giving our names saying we're members....before we could finish they interrupted to ask if we have a reservation. We said no, we're here to pickup our shipment & like to do our tasting since they now have them outside. Oh....no they didn't, this winery DOES NOT make any accommodations for members. You can be a person driving by or paying for a wine club membership & you will be treated the same way ZERO MEMBERSHIP PERKS! The girl at the counter said they were full...which from were we were standing, inside at the bar/cashier's area there were 2 groups of 2..a total of 4 people(customers) besides the 2 people working...we had our masks on. She handed us a Temecula Life flyer with all the winery's so we can make reservations in the future. Treatment like that to be turned away in the manner is not how you treat your members. We went to Europa and signed up for membership over there. We called Danza the next morning spoke with Ashley told her about what happened & how we were treated. First of all,she did NOT care didnt let us really finish, had "covid" excuses we told her about the Temecula Life brochure, she said well I dont know what that is & cant be responsible for a misprint....this was her additude the whole time. The girl who works at her winery gave it to us...shows Danza del Sol DOES NOT require reservations. We were just pointing it out..but between both the employees way they handled in turning us away & Ashley who said she was the manager was just completely unprofessional Therefore...
