My family and I decided to take my mom here for the Mother’s Day brunch, and honestly it was pretty disappointing for the price ($88 a person, not including tax).
I guess I should’ve known from the beginning, because it was hard to get in contact to even get a reservation. There were a couple mix’s up with the spelling of my name (totally understandable) but I had to call at least 3-4 times during their business hours to finally talk to someone. My voicemails were never returned even days after…
When I finally spoke with someone I asked the employee about this brunch and she stated that they have done it before, and everything went smoothly. “Smoothly” would be the last word I’d use to describe this mother’s day brunch. The tables had no table covers, no silverware, no glasses, and the food was left over from the morning reservation. You’d think they would replenish the food before their guest were let in but nope! In fact the desert portion of the buffet was never replenished! Literally leftover food that had been sitting in the hot sun. Again, this was $88 (not including tax) dollars PER person. We were supposed to get a complementary mimosa, we never did.
The weather was unbearable (not their fault) but you’d think they’d make sure to give everyone a glass of water. Luckily I was able to ask on of the employees and she came around with a pitcher but that was about 45 minutes in. They tried to use umbrellas and little AC units to cool us down but whoever decided to use a plastic tent in 100 degree weather…. Please never do that again. It was like being inside a sealed plastic bag left in the desert.
Anyways, my mom barely ate, my family was disappointed, I would not recommend for your family. Some parties left within 30 minutes, my mom was trying to be sweet, and stayed for an hour but after that, we had to go. My friend took her mom to one of the other wineries on the main road and she said it was wonderful.
I recommend choosing a perhaps a larger winery. It seemed like this one was understaffed and over worked. The staff kept dropping glasses and were running around like chickens with their head cut off. I honestly felt really bad for the hostess, she was doing her absolute best, but it was just a mess. If I were the owner, I’d re-consider, staffing, preparation, and set up. Especially on a day that was supposed to honor all the moms out there. 1 star for the staff trying their best and 1 star for the food, the food that was newly put out was good but it was not what was advertised....

I came here to celebrate my birthday, a day that should have been memorable for the right reasons. Instead, I ended up waiting two full hours for food that never arrived-despite repeatedly informing multiple staff members that something was clearly wrong.
After an hour passed with no food, I spoke to our server, only to be told to "please wait like everyone else." Not once did anyone take the initiative to verify our order status, even after I followed up multiple times. Then, after watching several tables who arrived long after us receive their meals, our server finally returned to admit that our entire order had been lost due to a system issue-and asked us to place the order again.
This level of negligence is not a simple oversight-it reflects a complete breakdown in communication, responsibility, and basic customer care. The fact that no manager proactively addressed the situation and that I had to raise the issue myself several times is simply inexcusable.
To be clear, this is not just about a lost order. This is about a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers’ time and experience. We had already paid over $100 for wine and sat through the entire bottle before food even arrived. By the time it did 30 minutes after reordering, the moment was lost.
Yes, the view is beautiful, and the wine is excellent. But the restaurant’s operations are in dire need of improvement. No matter how scenic the location is, no guest should ever be treated this way. On a day that was meant to be special, I left feeling frustrated, dismissed, and deeply disappointed.

We had a reservation for a large party of 16 and pre-paid $160 two months ahead for a special lunch at this supposedly upscale restaurant. However, upon arrival, it became evident that this place was a complete disaster.
Despite our advanced planning, there was no prepared table for our group, and the staff seemed clueless about our reservation and pre-ordered meals. We awkwardly waited for 45 minutes until a manager named Jennifer finally showed up.
Instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence, Jennifer attempted to gaslight us by claiming that we had requested a table change. We challenged her to review the security footage, as this was a blatant lie. Her weak response? "Well, that's what my staff said." Unbelievable.
It felt like we were trapped in a chaotic circus, where the staff conjured up outlandish tales instead of admitting their mistakes. We ended up not being able to eat, our celebration was ruined, and the dishonest management couldn't be bothered to make amends.
I have dined at numerous exceptional restaurants in Temecula, but I strongly advise avoiding this establishment. The lack of organization and the blatant dishonesty from the management is appalling. I...
