I was referred to Saguaro pain clinic by my chiropractor after being in a car accident recently. The appointment was made in good time and the shot itself was extremely quick. The day after was fine, but 2 days after I was called and rather abruptly told that they were closing my file. I informed the person on the phone that I had an appointment the following Tuesday to which she said “you should call your lawyer” I told her I could not understand why they were closing my file and she reiterated “call your lawyer”. Later that day and since my leg is going paralyzed for longer periods of time and far more often. I realize it may take longer to settle down, but was hoping that it would not get significantly worse before it hopefully gets better. They must have reappointed my neck injection for Monday (I’m not available Monday) the appointments were made a couple weeks ago and were both on back to back Tuesdays. I believe they definitely need to get their act together. I had a great experience with Dr. Derian and his staff at Saguaro Pain Clinic. From the initial interaction with the Medical Assistant (MA) to Dr. Derian and the present medical students he loves to teach, I received the upmost care. The MA was excellent at her job with no hiccups drawing blood. She was such a pleasant young adult who shared concern about my well being all along the way. Dr. Derian then took me back for the procedure and was not only professional, but was warm and kind, setting me at ease about what I could expect during the injections.
