Moderate to difficult depending on how far you go. If you go to the top of the falls cross the creek and go to the right and take the trail down to the falls it’s very sketchy with a metal wire to hold on to. Only recommend for advanced hiking not for the faint of heart. Other than that easy to moderate. Have fun be safe and let people know where you are.

Piney Falls was beautiful on the day I visited and there were few people around. I advise going clockwise (left) when you get to the loop so you are climbing to the top of the falls. There is a cable to help.

Parking for a few cars at the trail head. The trail is a little tight in places and be sure to wear good shoes because it is slick by the waterfall. Requires a little scrambling over rocks, but it is a fun trail with a really nice waterfall. Not very busy. Would not recommend for animals or very...
