Lacking customer service skills. Only one thing I needed, and they have been sitting outside of the store for over 3 years. I take one inside to inquire about the price and the lady said ohhh, I have been meaning to take those shutters home with me. So i offered to put them in her car for her so she will stop forgetting them. She said no.. just put it by the door so I can remember them. And that was 4 weeks ago.. they are still there!
