I rented two UTV's for a group of 7. The good: We had an absolute blast. Daniel was our guide. He was friendly, courteous and very concerned about our safety. He led us through the paths and showed us how to have fun on the UTV's. I thought $144 for each UTV was reasonable. I also paid $75 for each UTV for the passengers, which I thought was a bit much, but we all had fun nevertheless, and it was not going to be deal breaker for me. The bad: It's 1-1/2 hours. 30 of those minutes was going over the equipment and safety. The 1 hour felt like 15 minutes because the UTV's are a lot of fun. It was easy for me to overlook the $75 charge for each UTV for the passengers. We all wanted to experience this excursion. What I didn't like was the "hidden" fees. There was a surcharge for the fuel. I think I paid for the fuel when I paid $144 for each UTV. Luckily for me, the surcharge was waived because one of my passengers was a retired military personnel and an active first responder. But still..... I also had to pay for insurance for each UTV as well, which was nonrefundable. Again, I think I paid for the insurance when I paid $144 + $75 for each UTV. I tipped our guide very well prior to the excursion. I didn't expect extras because of the tip, although it would have been nice to have a few more minutes or something else. Regardless, all in all, it was a blast. I would do it again.

What a fun great experience at Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures. Booking online was simple. I had a question regarding my reservation and had to reschedule and the staff was super helpful and accommodating and was able to reschedule my reservation at a later date with no hassle. Upon arrival for my reservation the staff did excellent job going over safety and what to expect on our off road adventure. They also did a great job showing beginner riders such as myself how to work the vehicle. Frank was our tour guide and was an awesome guide. It was a truly fun experience for my family and I. Definitely recommend booking an adventure. I will definitely be back! Frank and rest of staff, thank you for making our safety a top priority riding through the trails.

Awesome experience. Our family decided to go out today and what a treat this adventure was. First off, Aaron (our guide) was amazingly professional and super respectful to be 16(don'tlet the age fool you, he knows that area like the back of his hands). Way to go mom and dad! Second, the vehicles are super hightech, clean, and surprisingly comfortable. Third, for the price and time, I say it absolutely worthwhile. If you want a great offroad experience, this is the place to go. Download your favorite Playlist and play it while off reading. The dunes are 100% the best part. We're a family of 4 and highly recommend. Hope we get to circle back to it soon.

We had reservations for yesterday evening but unfortunately we didn’t read everything, so we didn’t arrive 30-45 minutes prior to our reservation but someone called us & asked if we were on the way, they let us know that we had to arrive 30-45 minutes prior, she was so nice & asked when we would like to reschedule or if we wanted to come in like that moment. We decided to reschedule the next day & they had it available. I really like that they didn’t make us feel bad about something that was our mistake, awesome customer service.

We arrived an hour early to be safe, haha. We got checked in & got our gear (helmet & goggles). Everyone was friendly, all our questions got answered & the main person was very informative. We got all the do’s & dont’s & all the information needed for a safe & fun ride. My Husband & I loved the ride/tour! We stopped halfway to get our photos taken. The sand dunes were so much fun & a great way to end the experience! We will for sure come back when the other trail, that’s 2.5 hours, opens back up! My husband will come back to take our 11 year old for his birthday next year, we know he will love it.

We recommend this place! Lots of fun & friendly staff. Thank you again to all the people today at the...

It was a chaotic mess on both our end and theirs. Long story short- we had two UTVs to break down which resulted in us being delayed several hours on the mountain/desert. No biggie really, because we made the best of the situation. A family vacation that will not be forgotten. The safety introduction could’ve been better, and the instructors to be more firm, confident and detailed with problematic drivers.

I condemn the instructors for remaining calm under pressure! Perhaps more detailed conversation and explaining beforehand and during our crisis would’ve helped calmed some parties in our group. Nevertheless, the crew did a good job of remaining professional and safely getting everyone out of the desert in one piece.

Edit: I hope your injured crew member is ok! Lunch on me tomorrow… it was a crazy day.

The equipment was awesome. I don’t know what all the specs and whatnot are, but no one felt unsafe with the equipment. Just a prefect storm of inadequate instructions and inexperienced drivers. My group was dramatic on top of the mountain, but the crew did not feed into the raw emotions and further earned my respect. No bad review from us. You...
