Had a birthday party here and was promised back $100 for the inconvenience since we had to pay to postpone once and ended up with horrible winds anyway. Tables were full of sand and had to end party and hour earlier with no jumping balloon even though we paid for big package w/jumping balloon. I understand weather didn't allow but we couldn't pay to postpone again. They asked after people were arriving if we wanted to postpone free of charge as if we could buy all the food done again. My husband was told verbally we'd receive deposit fee + postponing fee and now they're giving me the run around. Never answering never replying. Never had a proper tour of the place, never recieved the call prior to the weeks of the party to answer any doubts or questions and weren't warned beforehand there was a fee for postponing.
