If you want to do home kits instead of going in, it's not as great. They're much smaller and a bit cheesy. Not Julie or her shops fault, considering this is franchised. Board and brush should change that. Definitely would love the bigger projects. I just don't have the ability to go in and do it as a class.
It's also misleading, from my perspective on the website. From wood projects to DIY home kits. Wood projects are cooler. But the owner does it for you. Takes the fun out of it. I didn't realize that's a thing. I assumed it was something you do yourself no matter what you choose since it's a DIY type place and wouldn't put more on the owner to do. Oh, well.
So, all in all, if you want the cool stuff to do yourself, you gotta go...
